Event Temple asked Bond to help them increase their brand awareness in Europe and finding new clients by setting up a reseller network.
Event Temple is a Canadian based start up, and has developed an industry changing CRM for hoteliers. Referring to their product as a growth platform, Event Temple enables hoteliers to convert more sales by responding quicker and more effective, and eliminating manual tasks.
Bond became in integral part of the Event Temple team, where we first laid the foundations of a new Reseller Program. We defined the Partner Journey and delivered a Reseller Agreement. After this we set up qualifications for new partners based on interviews with the team. Once they were clear, we started to reach out to potential partners. Based on the qualifications, we set up meetings between them and the Event Temple team. For this project, we worked on the basis of quarterly OKRs, ensuring we were delivering the results that were expected of us.
